Asked 7/30/2016 – Lubbock, TX

I recently had a traffic ticket that is currently a warrant now. If I was to make a payment can the court up lift my the warrant

Answer

Payment of the fine will remove the warrant. That will also cause, however, the matter to be reported to the DPS as a conviction on your driving record. Call a local attorney before you make the payment to see what can be done/
