first offence and I’ve been told it’s is a class b misdemeanor this charge is in Dallas county I had less than 4 grams of k2 and it was found in my car after an accident in which I was transported to the hospital I was under the influence but was only charged with possession so far am I looking at jail time or likely a fine I’m in fear of losing my job if I face jail time
