Received deferred adjudication for failure to identify. Can I get it expunged? Trying to become a nurse.

Answer

If you successfully complete the deferred adjudication probation and your case is dismissed, you may request an order for non-disclosure. If you case has been dismissed, contact the attorney who represented you on your original plea.
