I was walking down my country road and game warden stopped so I stopped didn’t know what to think but stopped cause I looked suspicious walking asked where was going and other stuff like that then about drugs and for my I’d I knew there was a chance for a warrant for a traffic ticket well there was he if I had anything I did I gave him a bag with maybe a .08of a g of ice he searched my stuff found a bowl with tobacco and rolling papers and took me to jail well I was also charged with paraphernalia was not given the choice of not guilty had to do time for that charge but he never confiscated anything but the drugs don’t understand stand why I was charged that either

A pre-indictment hearing by definition means no case has been filed against you yet. You will be asked whether you will be able to retain an attorney and you may be given additional conditions of bond while your case is pending. With respect to your drug paraphernalia case, if you entered a plea of guilty or no contest while you were in jail, a conviction was entered, a fine was assessed and you were given credit on the fine by the jail time you served.
