I was out on bond and now they have a warrant out for my arrest. I have to go to jail and bond out again on that same charge

I am concerned about a prior bond being posted and the requirement for a new bond. Was the old bond held insufficient? Did you miss a court date? Was the first bond you posted for a misdemeanor but the case was indicted as a felony? I ask these questions because you may not be looking at a “typical” enhanced assault charge. Talk with a lawyer before you turn yourself in.
