My boyfriend is in jail for
UNLAW POSSESS FIREARM FEL
POSS CONT SUB 4-200G-PG1
POSS CONT SUBST 1-4-PG1
PAROLE VIOLATION. What are his chance of getting out of jail?

Answer

There can be no bond posted on a parole violation warrant (blue warrant), and if he picked up 3 new cases while on parole, he will sent to prison for the remainder of his sentence that he was placed on parole for. What will happen on the new cases depends on the specific facts, but in a plea bargain offer, the DA will not offer any less prison time than what he received on his first case, and may choose to enhance the new offenses.
