I’m on probation and on gps monitoring I have complied with everything and fees are paid and finished class and all conditions already I was placed on last week of January, I messed up the charging on accident and they gave an administrative hearing and my probation. Offices said they decided to motion to revoke so I’m a sitting ducky here is no the violation occurred I. April, administrative hearing was in warrant for me yet do they always used a warrant?
Answer
A violation of a condition of probation does not necessarily cause a motion to revoke to be filed; if the probation officer, however, decides to file a motion to revoke with the court after a violation, then yes, a warrant is issued for the arrest of the probationer.
