Can I report and press charges for molestation and repeated statutory rape of a minor that happened over 20yrs ago in Texas.

This happened between an adult half-brother and his siblings primarily to the youngest- he repeatedly sodomized a child over the course of 7 years. With forced an all and orally penetration. . This occurred in Harris County TX. Between 1986-1996.

Answer

There is no statute of limitations for Aggravated Sexual Assault cases in Texas. You may file a report with the police department where the events occurred. How law enforcement chooses to proceed is up to them.
