If I have a warrant for my arrest and I want to get married can I still get married or no ?

Answer

Yes, you can get married if you have an outstanding warrant for your arrest. Please note that to obtain a marriage license, you will have to appear at a location where law enforcement officials will be stationed and you will be taken into custody if you are detained. You will also be subject to arrest driving to your wedding, leaving your wedding, while on your honeymoon, etc. State your marriage off properly. Resolve your warrant first. Call a local attorney to see what can be done.
