Asked 8/12/2016 – Pearland, TX

Is it possible to have it removed from my record because I was trying to enter HPD

Answer

It is not how you plead, but the type of judgment that was entered in your case that will determine if it can be removed from your record. If you were found guilty, you are not entitled to an expunction or non-disclosure; the only way you can remove a final conviction from your criminal record is by pardon from the Governor. Contact the attorney who represented you on the original case to see what can be done.
