Hello I have heard a rumor that there was a way to over tour a felony drug conviction for mdma due to the mis-wording of a law.

Answer

Rumors generally don’t do well in court. Convictions CAN be overturned, but specific grounds are required. Contact the attorney who represented you on the original case and ask this question. There are way too many particulars about an individual case that must be answered before addressing this question.
