Answer

You are both adults in the criminal law system. Possession of marijuana in an amount of less than 2 oz is a class b misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $2,000, confinement in jail for up to 180 days or a maximum probationary period for up to 24 months. Possession of drug paraphernalia is a class c misdemeanor, punishable by fine only (maximum $500). What will happen on these cases depends on the specific facts. You should talk with an attorney in your area to see if you can avoid convictions on these cases.
