Without knowing the specifics of your situation (the exact charge and facts of the offense, your criminal record, etc.), it will be impossible for any of us to accurately comment on the plea offers on your case. The attorney who negotiated the diversion agreement would be the best person to ask this question to. I will say, however, that if you were unable to follow the instructions regarding the ore-trial diversion program, why would a prosecutor or a Judge believe you could follow the requirements of probation?
