I want to date a 15 year old and I’m 13

Answer

The age of consent is 17 in Texas. You must define “date”. If you are talking about going to the mall or the movies, permissible. Any sexual contact is illegal. See Texas Penal Code 22.011 – Sexual Assault & Section 21.11 – Indecency with a Child.
