I have been charged with theft and would like to know the likely hood of my chances of being drug tested?

I also got paraphernalia ticket on the day of my arrest but it was paid off when I spent the night in jail. I have a misdemeanor of class B theft 100-750

Answer

A drug test is not likely to be requested at any court appearances for a misdemeanor case. If you are placed on probation, however, you will be subject to random drug testing during the period of probation. Start getting clean now, and start talking with local lawyers about your pending case.
