What do i do if i filed false police report.who do i contact.ive already signed affidavit but he was still indicted.

I lied and filed a false police report.i signed an affidavit for no prosecution but he still was indicted.do i contact his lawyer or DA.

Answer

You have commuted a crime. You must retain your own attorney and let him or her negotiate this matter for you to hopefully avoid a case being filed against you.
