Company paid can they put out a warrant after that many years it’s been 15 yes company went bankrupt and owner is dead no way of checking to see if PD or not

Answer

If the tickets were paid for, warrants would not be outstanding. If warrants were issued, they will remain outstanding until your husband is arrested or the fines are paid, even after this length of time. Contact a local attorney in the county where the tickets are pending to see what can be done.
