Sold motorcycle on line, without title or any paper work. We have received tickets in mail. What can we do?

Answer

First, you can transfer title of the vehicle into the buyer’s name to insure this does not happen again. Next, bring the bill of sale to the court where the ticket is pending to prove you were not the owner of the vehicle at the time the citation was issued.
