Can a 12.44b help on a left by property

My aunts in jail an I was wondering if a 12.44B would help get her sentence reduced she has been arrested twice for the charge thus is the third arrest and they sentenced her 20 yrs tdc

Answer

If your aunt has already been sentenced, Section 12.44(b) of the Texas Penal Code is not applicable. This section deals with reducing a particular criminal charge. A charge must be reduced BEFORE a sentence is imposed.
