Asked 9/20/2016 – San Marcos, TX

I got DWI but want little bit longer to save money before I get 2yr probation and court fees

Answer

There is no statutory limit on the number of times a case can be rescheduled; you can have as many resets on a case as the Judge allows. Your attorney will have a better idea as to your particular situation.
