How much bond should I pay?

Asked 9/22/2016 – Houston, TX

I have a warrant. Speeding ticket and failure to appear from 2014. Cost of speeding ticket $233 and bond is 200. Cost of FTA $196 and bond 200. My question, do I pay 400 for the bond to get a new court date? And do I get the 400 back if I prove my case?

If you post a cash bond and the cases are subsequently dismissed, your money will be returned. Call around to some local attorneys for advice on how to proceed.
