My fiancé was charged with a fire arm and the DA was supposed of got the fire arm results in on Aug 29th but the attorney got the court date reset for the 3rd of oct and he will not go see my fiancé and also when court date came up on the 29th of aug the lawyer left him sit in the holding cell wait for him to come talk to and it took a guard to tell my fiancé his lawyer did not show up

I am not sure what you mean by “fire arm results”. Whatever the case, I cannot comment on what your fiancée’s attorney did or did not do or why it was or was not done. The bottom line: if you are not satisfied with the way your attorney is handling the case, hire another attorney. If this attorney was appointed to represent him, however, you will probably have to work through the communication problems. I do not want to be flippant, but you get what you pay for.
