My boyfriend went to Harris County for speeding he got time served and now he’s being held for Stafford Texas to come pick him up for some tickets unpaid how long do have to come pick him up before he can get released

Answer

Your boyfriend will basically be held in Harris County until Harris County gets tired of holding him. The quickest way to get him out of jail is to call an attorney in Stafford, Texas and have that attorney go to the court where the warrants were issued and request the court grant credit for time served without your boyfriend having to be transferred.
