Answer

The short answer to your question is yes, you will probably be extradited. The probation department will have to return your case to court for the State to file a motion to adjudicate. Next, a warrant will be issued for your arrest once the motion to adjudicate is filed. After the warrant is issued, it remains outstanding until you are taken into custody, brought to court and served with the motion. You were charged with a second degree felony, and serious offenses such as this will not be overlooked when it comes to extradition.
