What does MAN/DEL/PID CS charge what does the (PID) mean in that charge?

I got pulled over in Carrolton TX and that what the charge us show as on my record I am also needing a lawyer to help me get probation because I also have 4 priors for under a gram convictions.

Answer

You are charged with being a drug dealer. If you have 4 prior felony convictions, you will really have an uphill battle. Get with a local attorney soon. My initial game plan would be to get with DA assigned to the case and see if we could keep the case as a simple possession charge before the case goes to a Grand Jury, which would limit any jail exposure you may face. That being said, you still are presumed to be not guilty and the right to a trial. A lawyer needs to review the facts of your case ASAP.
