I really do need someone to help me in this case my case is possession of controlled substance and I’ve been out 12 years with no trouble with no problem and I really do need but MHMR I do not have no money I Am engine I’m looking for a MHMR can take my case because I am MHMR I am bipolar schizophrenic I really do need it at this time I don’t have no phone no money to pay attorney so I am energy I’m looking for

If you do not have the money to retain an attorney, one will be appointed to represent you. That attorney can request the court to order whatever psychological examination that is proper.
