Can I serve probation for a theft of a firearm (felony) and have it get deferred?

I am 17 years old and I’m being charged for “theft of a firearm” and I would really like to speak out and help get answer. Please contact and give me the help I need.

Answer

It is possible for a person to receive probation, either deferred or straight, for the offense of theft of a firearm. You will need to retain an attorney in the county where your case is pending.
