Long story short, my grandmother was named as an executor for a college fund created by my great grandfather. The stipulation for withdrawal was that I had to be 18 years of age and enrolled in a university or in case of a dire emergency for ME. I just learned today that she wiped the entire account clean of $30,000 I have also not had any contact with her for over 12 years. So if charged criminally what would her exact charge be?
