Asked 9/28/2016 – Corpus Christi, TX

Cps called my probation over false allegations but no criminal charges were filed

Answer

You can only have your probation revoked if you violate one of the terms of probation. Anyone can call anybody, but that does not constitute a violation. I do not know exactly what was discussed between Child Protective Services and your Probation Officer, but you should not worry about this situation unless your PO makes it an issue. What was said was said, and you have not control of that matter. Continue to follow the terms of your probation. Good luck.
