I asked probation if I can transfer 1st felony dwi). 1st felony! I WAS TOLD NO. B. S.!

Answer

It is discretionary with the Judge who granted your probation on whether to grant a probation transfer. If your probation department will not agree to any such transfer, you will have to retain an attorney and file the appropriate request with the Court.
