Background check show active warrants in TX from 2008 but in CA no active warrants are being shown.

Trying to be a Correctional Officer in Texas but these warrants on my background check in Texas is hurting my chances. My home state California shows everything is clear and taken care of

Talk with an attorney in the county where the warrants allegedly exist so he/she can go to that court and find out exactly what is going on.
