Answer

The age of consent in Texas is 17. Any sexual contact between anyone 17 years old or older, and a 14 year old is a felony. Sex Texas Penal Code 22.011 – Sexual Assault & Section 21.11 – Indecency with a Child. The fact of when the relationship began is irrelevant. Stop the relationship immediately, or someone faces going to jail
