Answer
There is no set fee structure set by the State Bar that regulates what any attorney will charge for a case. You will have to contact attorneys in the area where your case is pending and obtain quotes for retainer fees. You will also have to sit down with a local lawyer to evaluate your case. No attorney can properly evaluate a case over the internet and provide a comprehensive evaluation in 4,000 characters or less. Even with your version of the events, realize the State has evidence and witnesses who may have a different recollection than you. You currently have an attorney. Schedule an appointment with him/her to meet in a place other than the hallway of the courthouse. Sit down, take some time, go over all the materials available in the case and go from there. Good Luck
