A police officer was called and after the complete interrogation by school personnel and police I was called and was told to come and get her and then they will explain what happened.

Answer

Yes, your daughter can be questioned, and the school can impose discipline as a result of the questions, i.e. she can be suspended, expelled, or sent to alternative school. Whether the results of any such questioning can be used in a criminal prosecution is another matter and will depend on the specific facts of the interrogation. Start calling local attorneys for a more detailed explanation of the matter.
