I am in the process of getting a teaching position in AZ. I live in North Carolina. I just wanted to inquire on much it would cost for a lawyer to pull a record from the Justice of the Peace office. The offense happened in 2010 and the case was dismissed. I need the information in case the arrest and disposition were not reported to the FBI

You can contact an attorney in the county where the Justice of the Peace in question sits. You may try calling the JP and see what the court clerks can send to you, and what it will cost. Good luck on the new job.
