Asked 6/22/17 – El Paso, TX

I don’t go to my probation second appointment because I was sick when I call her to tell her she was all mad & I desire to not go back

Answer

Reporting to your probation officer as directed is a condition of probation. Not reporting as directed is a violation of probation. Violating your probation can cause a warrant to issue for your arrest. If a warrant is issued for your arrest, you are subject to detention upon contact with any law enforcement official, including any border patrol or border crossing agents. Get right with your Probation Officer or you will end up in prison.
