I was placed on deferred adjudication and have completed and charges have been dismissed I was wondering on a background check will it show I was arrested and charges dismissed or will it just show up nothing.

Existence of the case will still appear on a standard background check, even after the case has been dismissed through successful completion of deferred adjudication probation. Contact a local attorney about the filing of a petition for non-disclosure.
