Asked 6/23/17 – Lewisville, TX

What kind of punishment could I expect?

Answer

The interlock is a condition of your bond, and any interlock violation is a violation of said bond. Accordingly an interlock violation can cause your bond to be held insufficient, a warrant to be issued for you arrest, and you could sit in jail until the conclusion of your case. Get with a local attorney ASAP.
