A random drug test is possible, but not necessarily likely. Check your bond paperwork and see if the Judge put random UAs as a condition of bond. The court has the authority to place reasonable conditions of bond for you to comply with upon you release, and what is reasonable depends on the offense. That being said, you don’t have a lot of options at this point. You must appear in court as required or a warrant will be issued for your arrest. Once at court, you will either be required to submit to a drug test or not, and again, this is something you have no control over. If you are required to submit to a drug test, the results will be what they will be. Start talking with local attorneys. Good luck.
