Family member was on parole and now he’s in jail for MAN/DEL/PID CS, POSS CS 1G, UPF FELON.

Your family member is in jail for 3 offenses: 1) Manufacturing and/or Delivery of a Controlled Substance; 2) Possession of a Controlled Substance; and, 3) Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. The nomenclature you describe from the Dallas County Website just means the case has not yet been scheduled for a final disposition. If your family member is in custody, then an attorney should have been appointed to represent him. Contact that attorney to determine the status of the case. If there is no attorney of record, start calling local lawyers. Good luck.
