My wife is being charged with felony theft in the state of Texas. As her husband, and not a participant in the alleged crime, what could I end up being responsible for? How heavy will the state be investigating me? Is there any action, outside of retaining counsel that I should do to prepare or shield myself? What will the judge possibly take into consideration as he weighs sentencing?
