Daughter and 3 of her friends were parked in a parking lot by baseball fields and were smoking with a pipe. Police officer only charged them with the paraphernalia citation and could have given them possession charges too. Lucky they co-operated and were respectful which helped. What options are available in TX to keep the citation off her record?

You must make sure a conviction is never entered on the matter or else it will be on your daughter’s criminal record forever. I do not know which court the case is filed in, so contact a local attorney for guidance in this regard.
