Asked 7/13/17 – Plano, TX

Missed court date and paid fine of about $350 for the ticket and $330 for court fees. Any options to expunge at some point?

Answer

If you paid the fine and a final conviction was entered, the only way to remove this matter from your criminal record is through pardon from the Governor.
