OK me and my ex-boyfriend got in trouble together and we both went to rehab well I got out before he did and I decided I wasn’t going to be with him anymore well I told him he got out and got with my son father sister and this family hates me because there drug dealers and I won’t let my son around that family so there trying to do whatever they can to get me locked up again by tell my probation officer things I’m not even doing and she is believing him and I don’t like how we have same probation officer

The short answer to your question about having a new probation officer assigned to your case: ask. Go to your current PO, tell her/him that it’s nothing personal but you are uncomfortable with her/him due to your personal situation and make your request.. You may also contact the supervisor of the probation department and request the reassignment.
