Can my 16 year old daughter move in with boyfriend of 18 and his parents if I give consent?

My daughter wants to live with them and because she will not follow our rules I will allow it. (We don’t approve of boyfriend).

Answer

You may give your daughter consent to live anywhere you desire. Tell the boyfriend to read Texas Penal Codes Section 43.25 – Sexual Performance by a Child and Section 21.11 – Indecency with a Child.
