Original class a misdemeanor assault charge. I might plea bargain to class c deferred adjudication then have it expunged. But if it cost a lot of money to expunge it, I might not. I want my record clear, as I am innocent but afraid to take my chances on the class a. If I had money for any of this I would spend it now on attorney. Probably won’t have it later to spend a lot on expunging so don’t know what to do. It would help to know approximately how expensive it is to expunge.
