I have prior shoplifting charges and completed a prison term for theft enhancement. I recently picked up another shoplifting charge after 7 years.

There is no such thing as a class b felony. There are class a, b and c misdemeanors. Felonies can be classified as capital felonies, 1st, 2nd or 3rd degree felonies or state jail felonies.
