08/18/16 in case#416-81310-2015 I was charged for Poss Cs  Pg 1 <1g and received 4yrs Def. Adj. Well last month I submitted a drug test for my prob officer which came back positive for PCP and Methamphetamine, I then talked to multiple workers at Concentra if my daily use of Affrin and Contac could be the cause to which they assured me that both will cause false positives because of their ingredients. I made my P.O. aware to my using them prior to even my first test. Long story short, I have a letter stating that I turn myself in to C.County for 72hrs at 6:00pm today. I tried to make it back in time from Tulsa (my mom was in the hospital, COPD) but I’m late and not sure what to do.

You must appear in court first thing Monday morning to avoid a separate felony charge being filed against you. Bring whatever documentation you have regarding your situation and the reason why you could not appear as directed.. Contact a local attorney IMMEDIATELY.
