Probation wanted to extend my probation another year due to a UA dirty that was given back to back one day after the first UA I will not do any more probation. My fees are paid how much time will I possibly get if they allow me to use my back time?

Time served in jail as a condition of probation and time at an in-patient facility does not count towards back time on a jail sentence. Any sentence imposed in your case depends on whether you are on straight or deferred adjudication probation.
