Going up for felony prostitution (7th time being picked up) and I also have a misdemeanor drug possession from a few months after that. I just had a baby born positive for drugs and taken by CPS. Will this get brought up at my trial? I was pregnant when I was picked up for both charges.

The District Attorney will know about everything you ever had pending, including any CPS charges. Any such evidence will probably not be used in the case-in-chief, but MAY be introduced at any sentencing hearing should you be found guilty. Have this discussion with your attorney.
